Before becoming President and CEO of Bloodworks Northwest, Curt was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he led the firm’s healthcare practice for 20 years. He has advised a variety of healthcare companies across the United States with an emphasis on serving non-profit, community-based, and academic healthcare institutions. Curt’s work spanned strategy, operational improvement, and organizational health, and he has published in leading journals, such as the Harvard Business Review. Prior to joining McKinsey, Curt served as a Captain and helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps. He earned his MBA from Yale University and his BA from Tufts University.
