Certificate of Analysis & References
B cells are isolated from PBMC by positive immunomagnetic isolation using CD19 microbeads or negative selection through depletion of other cell types. CD19+ cell products come with a standard certificate of analysis including basic donor information, cell count, and flow data. Flow data comes with a label check instead of anti-CD19 antibody for positively selected cells due to antigen saturation during positive selection. Final cell concentration, cryopreservation medium, and custom flow panels may all be requested here.
Cells are generally isolated from PBMC from leukopaks. If you would like them isolated from whole blood or LRS chamber, you request starting material at time of order.
Donors are infectious disease tested annually and are free of Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV-1, and HIV-2. For more information, please contact us.
All cells are obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols and standard phlebotomy practices.
