Fresh and Frozen Monocytes from Human Peripheral Blood
Monocytes are collected from peripheral blood using positive CD14+ selection or negative selection by depletion of all other cell types. Specific monocyte subsets, including classical, intermediate, and non-classical may be isolated upon request. please inquire here. All cells are obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols.

Fresh isolated cell orders must be submitted a minimum of one week prior to the requested delivery date. Additional lead time may be required for custom cell types or specific donor requests. If there is a preference for cells isolated from whole blood, cord blood, or apheresis, please list in order notes.
Certificate of Analysis
Monocytes are isolated from PBMC by positive immunomagnetic isolation using CD14 microbeads or negative selection through depletion of other cell types. CD14+ cell products come with a standard certificate of analysis including basic donor information, cell count, and flow data. Classical and Pan Monocytes are also available upon request. Final cell concentration, cryopreservation medium, and custom flow panels may all be requested here.
Cells are generally isolated from PBMC from leukopaks. If you would like them isolated from whole blood or LRS chamber, you request starting material at time of order.
Donors are infectious disease tested annually and are free of Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV-1, and HIV-2. For more information, please contact us.
All cells are obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols and standard phlebotomy practices.
