More Info

  • Product Information

  • Flow Data

  • Certificate of Analysis

Monocytes are isolated from PBMC by positive immunomagnetic isolation using CD14 microbeads or negative selection through depletion of other cell types. CD14+ cell products come with a standard certificate of analysis including basic donor information, cell count, and flow data. Classical and Pan Monocytes are also available upon request. Final cell concentration, cryopreservation medium, and custom flow panels may all be requested here.

Cells are generally isolated from PBMC from leukopaks. If you would like them isolated from whole blood or LRS chamber, you request starting material at time of order.

Donors are infectious disease tested annually and are free of Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV-1, and HIV-2. For more information, please contact us.

All cells are obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols and standard phlebotomy practices.
